Return Policy
At ROTA, we want you to love what you wear. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
What qualifies for a return?
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase (order number is fine).
How to start a return
Just email us at contact@rotaofficial.com.
We’ll guide you through the steps and send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item back.
Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Received something wrong or damaged?
Check your order as soon as it arrives.
If something’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at contact@rotaofficial.com so we can sort it out for you.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
The fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want, and return the original one. That way, you won’t miss out if it sells out.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it’s approved, you’ll get your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to process it.
